Still Happening! :(

So I took the advice to delete the image and re upload.  I've now down this 3 times.  I even changed the name of the image on DA thinking that was part of the problem.  No matter what I do when you click to view it larger it turns really bright. At a loss..

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix the image so that when you click on it to view the full size it stops it from washing out?  I had first uploaded an .png file, then changed it to a .jpg.
